Our family

Sports Page

Here are some pictures of myself and my son. My son Rich graduated, class of 98 from Oyster Bay H.S. In New York. He has played 3 sports since grade school, and lettered in 3 sports in high school. Baseball, Football and Basketball. He is now attending State University at Farmingdale. Last year (1998) was a year my family and the town of Oyster Bay will not soon forget. The school put up a banner year, Winning the Class C and Nassau county championships in Baseball, Basketball. Class C championship in Soccer, Track & Field and a Long island championship in Girls Basketball. I would like to give my congratulations to all the students and coaches who participated. The football team was another story no championship but made Long Island history by being ranked 14th in a conference of 14 teams. They went 8-0 undefeated in the regular season. The only team in Long Island history to be ranked last and go undefeated in the regular season. They lost in the first round of playoffs to the defending champs, but we all enjoyed the ride and they put a new found enthusiasm in the program.
